Moonvalley is developing cutting-edge generative AI models designed to power Superbowl-worthy commercials and award-winning cinematic experiences. Our inaugural, cutting-edge HD model, Marey, is built on exclusively licensed and owned data for professional use in Hollywood and enterprise applications.
Our team is an unprecedented convergence of talent across industries. Our elite AI scientists from DeepMind, OpenAI, and Meta, have decades of collective experience in machine learning and computational creativity. We have also established the first AI-enabled movie studio in Hollywood, filled with accomplished filmmakers and visionary creative talent. Role summary:
Working within a global Customer Operations team, you will support our customers in successfully using our product (Maker.AI). In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to self-serve and enterprise customers and ensure the on-time delivery of large-scale projects to enterprise customers. This cross-functional role will work with members of our operations, engineering, and product teams.
This is a full time role based in Toronto, including weekends. We anticipate one day per week in-person and regular team offsites.
What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality customer service through email and chat
- Utilise critical thinking skills to diagnose and solve potentially complex problems
- Provide project management for our enterprise clients
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale customer operations
- Help us build a world class team of support professionals
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience collaborating closely with support, product, and engineering teams
- Investigative and critical thinking skills
- Desire for ownership and growth
- Comfortable with an all hands on deck approach
- Agile and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Data analysis skills
- Experience with Intercom
Nice to haves:
- SQL knowledge
- Early startup experience
