Director of Academics and School Operations.

E2 Academy is . . .

. . . a one-of-a-kind gr. 1-12 designated special education private school where twice-exceptional learners – gifted students with learning differences learn using their strengths, build confidence and become empowered to reach their full potential.

. . . a haven for curiosity, creativity and critical thinking where individual needs shape the educational experience. Our small class sizes (4:1), personalized learning plans, and innovative, inquiry-based approaches ensure that students thrive socially, emotionally and academically.

. . . a community of learners, families, and educators who believe that neurodiversity is an asset rather than a challenge

“to be fixed.”  Through small class sizes, differentiated instruction and inquiry-based approaches, students are empowered to explore their passions, advocate for themselves and become architects of their own learning.

At E2 Academy we believe that when education adapts to the student, incredible things happen. If you are ready to provide leadership at a school that embraces difference and thrives on innovation, empathy and possibility, we are ready to welcome you.
