  • Mobile Payments, fulfilling critical services delivery requirements, we remain at the forefront in the evolutions of NFC based payments with extension to mobile wallets and other digital payment methods.
  • Payment Network Gateway, operating a world class payments technology infrastructure, Everlink’s Payment Network Gateway Services provides connectivity to domestic and international payment networks for credit unions, banks and merchants to participate in.
  • Professional Services, leveraging our extensive industry knowledge, expertise and capabilities, Everlink’s Professional Services Team partners with our clients to navigate the ever-changing payments landscape, ensuring their technology capabilities remain relevant.
  • Retail Solutions, enabling Card Present Point-of-Sale Acquiring, including Interac eCommerce via dedicated Host to Host Payment gateways for Payment Service Provides, FinTechs and Credit Union.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly manual billing files update, e.g., telco, shipping charges, pin stations and pass-through expenses etc.
  • Review telco lines vendor list to make sure the reimbursable charges are billed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Update cash receipt daily.
  • Update Mastercard co-badge program fee template weekly.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Other duties may assign.


Education and Experience

  • Have completed the entry-level accounting courses. Completion of intermediate level of accounting courses will be ideal.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with and analyze large datasets.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with a developed customer service approach
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong analytical skills, high level attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamic would be an asset.
