HCA Dance Theatre is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Grant Writer to enhance our fundraising efforts. In this vital role, you will focus on fund research, grant writing, grant compliance, and sponsor stewardship. This position involves identifying potential grants, sponsorships, and funding opportunities that align with our mission and strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential grants and funding opportunities.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and sponsorship packages that attract and retain funders, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and requirements.
- Take a leadership role in planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns, managing logistics, communications, and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement effective fundraising strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders by preparing detailed reports, presentations, and updates that demonstrate progress, outcomes, and the value of contributions.
- Work closely with management to provide updates and ensure coordinated fundraising efforts.

- We are hiring for this position through grant funding, which has specific eligibility criteria that require applicants to be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on grant writing.
- Ability to draft budgets and prioritize multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Experience in managing complex campaigns or initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or Communications is encouraged.
