Clinical internships are offered at Good Therapy to therapy-related masters level students in their advanced placement or final year, who have previous clinical experience, and are seeking to fulfill their clinical graduate degree requirements. As a clinical intern, you can expect to meet with and provide counselling services to clients of all ages in a supportive private practice setting. You will have an opportunity to apply a variety of clinical theoretical modalities, learn about managing a caseload, case conceptualization, the basics of administrative duties, documentation, and operating within a private practice business model. The clinical internship is a hybrid program comprising in-person and virtual client and supervision sessions, with a major emphasis on working in-person at the clinic. The intern must be willing and available to work in the Stratford location for their placement.

Note: Confirmation of CRPO membership one month prior to start date (May 2025) and acceptance to our site one month prior to start date (as we have to build the intern’s case load).
