We handle referrals, admin, and operations, so you can focus on providing therapy. While we take care of big-picture marketing, we also look for therapists who engage—by maintaining a Psychology Today profile, networking, and lightly contributing to social media to connect with clients.

Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring two therapists—one experienced (5+ years) and one newer clinician (0-2 years)—who want stability, a strong referral base, and a long-term role in private practice.

Bonus: The experienced therapist (5+ years) will ideally offer couples therapy in addition to individual therapy.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Provide individual therapy (and couples therapy, if applicable) with a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.
✔️ Connect with new referrals promptly—once a client is referred to you, reach out and book an initial consultation.
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely client notes in JaneApp.
✔️ Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
✔️ Respond promptly to client inquiries and administrative communication.
✔️ Engage in light marketing efforts (maintain a Psychology Today profile, contribute occasional social media insights, and network as needed).
✔️ Commit to long-term client relationships, supporting clients through deeper therapeutic work.
✔️ Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional best practices in counselling.

Minimum Requirements

✔️ Registered as an RCC, CCC, RSW, or equivalent in BC.
✔️ 0-2 years OR 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
✔️ Proven ability to retain clients and maintain a stable caseload.
✔️ Available for at least three days per week, including 1-2 in-person days (5-6 clients each) at our South Surrey office.
✔️ Available for at least four weekend sessions per month.
✔️ Familiarity with JaneApp (or willingness to learn).
✔️ (For the experienced therapist) Training or experience in couples therapy is preferred.

Bonus Incentives & Growth Opportunities

💰 Caseload Milestone Bonus – $500 when you reach 15 weekly client sessions for three consecutive months.
📅 Retention Bonus – $1,000 after one year of consistent practice (15 clients per week).
🎓 Professional Development Bonus – $500 annual stipend toward training, workshops, or certifications.
