Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst is responsible for providing support to the team of strategic and major accounts to penetrate the accounts by conducting basic workflow and TCO studies (MDS Assessments), provide RFP information & contribution, account strategy reviews and input, branch knowledge transfer training support, assessment planning: scope & SOW development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team of Alliance and strategic partners to extend the value proposition of consulting services vertical market;
  • Promote the value proposition of ROI consulting services to contribute to national income goals;
  • Identify areas for workflow modification and enhancement; continuous process improvement & optimization services beyond the scope of typical TCO assessments
  • Make a report of all the results of customer sites studies (MDS Assessments) to the account management team and the client;
  • Contribute to the design and planning solutions and provide consulting services and analysis, including ROI and best practices within the industry to internal and external customers;
  • Must contribute to the development of content for management presentations and their presentation, which could require the contribution to the C level presentations;
  • Keep a schedule/ database of activities planned and completed audits and the development of MDS assessment portfolio;
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary Education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a sales, analyst, support, or consultation role
  • Professional Certifications Microsoft and CompTIA (i.e d. MCP or A +, N + CDIA +)
  • Industry-related training or certifications (technical or sales)
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) designation preferred

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of IT industry applications, networking and connectivity devices
  • Well-versed with technology-based documents: scanning, printing and document management
  • Proven track record of performing professional interviews and determining whether a person is qualified
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel
  • An effective communicator; you have the ability to express ideas clearly in multiple formats. Preference would be given to candidates fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Nurtures relationships using effective interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team.
