THE POSITION
Our 12-week Future Leaders program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various Functional Areas within our organization. Future Leaders will work closely with mentors and team members to contribute to real projects and initiatives, developing skills essential for success in their respective fields through meaningful assignments, networking opportunities, and professional development sessions.
- Duration: 12 weeks of paid work, September 2025- December 2025
- Eligibility: A student entering the final one or two years of a 2025/2026 academic program in an accredited undergraduate or graduate Co-op/Internship College/University program; OR have graduated with an undergraduate or graduate degree within the last 12 months from a relevant program.
- Objective: Provide students with foundational experience and exposure to our organization’s operations and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of individual projects under the guidance of mentors and team members.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop essential skills.
- Contribute ideas and insights to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Complete assigned projects within given deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
- Develop and execute strategies to address real-world challenges.
- This program will offer valuable learning experiences, networking opportunities, and mentorship to help interns succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.

Department Placement: While we welcome applicants to indicate their preferred interest areas please note placement is based on both preferences and an evaluation of your background and experience. As a result, you may be aligned to a different department to ensure the best fit for your skills and development during the internship program.
Working Hours: The Future Leaders Program follows traditional business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Participants (interns) are expected to work, full-time, onsite at the FIFA26 Canada Toronto Office within these hours.

Education & Qualifications
- Required- Must meet one of these requirements:
- Entering the final one or two years of a 2025/2026 academic program in an accredited undergraduate or graduate Co-op/Internship College/University program; OR
- Graduated with an undergraduate or graduate degree within the last 12 months from a relevant program.
- Relevant coursework or experience in the chosen functional area.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
