My practice is entirely virtual, so supervision will also be virtual, I’m registered in Ontario. I specialize in complex childhood trauma and use a psychodynamic approach integrating various modalities such as EMDR, DBR, IFS, and somatic work to help clients heal from trauma, negative core beliefs, and nervous system dysregulation. I work with adults and couples.
