At Five Star Relationships, we believe that everyone deserves the right to have access to therapy. So, we have created partnerships in the community with not for profit organizations to provide therapy to the underserved population. The opportunity provides counselling experience with diverse client groups and a wide range of clinical issues. The supervision that is provided is a mixture of individual, dyadic (with another intern) and group supervision with experienced therapists.

Our interns have said that they like the environment of Five Star Relationships for learning how to take their learning from the classroom into the therapeutic setting. They have enjoyed the variety of private clients, clients from the underserved population and exposure to a wide variety of clinical issues. They have also related that they like the rich experience gained from working with other interns, clinicians and myself who has a supervisory designation from CAMFT and CRPO.
