Description of the Position:
The Coordinator, Marketing, is an exciting role within the Marketing team at SickKids Foundation. They will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of programs within the Lottery & Gaming portfolio and providing support across the Go-to-Market and Digital strategy teams. The Coordinator will be accountable for supporting the marketing, operational, and administrative functions of the team.

You will:

  • Facilitate the operations of Lottery & Gaming campaigns, including leading lottery application submissions, supporting in prize selections, and obtaining relevant approvals
  • Manage Lottery team finance administration, including invoice submission and tracking, winner payment processing, and supporting with financial audits
  • Support in the review and execution of lottery campaign marketing tactics including mass, direct mail, email, digital, social, etc.
  • Manage timelines with external agency partners by coordinating regular touchpoints during key milestones within a marketing campaign from the brief to creative development, program execution and post analysis
  • Contact lottery prize winners to notify them of winnings as well as to steward and build relationships for prospective marketing opportunities
  • Monitor the SickKids Lottery social media channels, respond to consumer questions, provide feedback to team, and otherwise support in channel management
  • Facilitate and manage delivery of external media/data campaign reports. Produce and analyze internal marketing reports with a view to identifying areas of opportunity
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including booking meetings, entering calendar reminders for key timelines, proofreading and reviewing creative for accuracy, and managing files (contracts, creative, reports) to ensure accessibility and accuracy
  • Provide support to the Digital Strategy and Go-To-Market teams with invoice submissions, campaign tracking support, and other ad-hoc requests as needed

Required Skills

Qualifications:
While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing, communications, and/or administrative experience will be considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Experience with results, tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge or experience with Not-for-Profit or Lottery & Gaming environment considered an asset
  • Ability to adhere to the organizational values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence, and Innovation

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range: $48,623.00 – $57,202.00; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $68,641.00. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Coordinator, Marketing.
