Junior Front Office Coordinator – Temporary to Permanent – Richmond – $20/hr                                               

Our Richmond-based client requires a Front Office Coordinator. Basic computer usage know-how with good interactive skills over the phone/emails, organization and maturity in the approach to work in general. You should be open to doing a range of office-based tasks such as orders and shipment processing. Work hours are 8.30 am to 3.00 pm (some flexibility to suit candidate if necessary) on Mon-Thu, 8.30 am to 2 pm on Fri. Part-Time (going to Full-Time) Logistics Assistant – North Vancouver – $20-$21.50/hr

You would be providing support to the team, writing, formatting, and editing of reports; mainly using templates, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, preparing shipping/receiving packages for the office and for those in the field, greeting incoming guests, answering the phone and directing calls, pickup/dropping of items to/from the storage locker, laboratory, etc.  You would have strong computer skills and experience with online shipment platforms like FedEx, DHL, Loomis, etc. and possess a valid driver’s license.
