Tara Fingold Interiors is a full-service interior design firm specializing in the renovation, decorating, and building of homes, condos and cottages.

We are looking to hire a full time Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, daily billing, invoicing, estimates, scheduling, and purchase orders.
  • Tracking orders of purchases/invoices/statements.
  • Place orders with suppliers, update database
  • Supporting clients with excellent customer service throughout the process
  • Supporting designers with project scheduling and orders
  • Liaise with vendors, trades and clients
  • Manage monthly bookkeeping, billing, and invoicing, keeping detailed records of all projects, expenses, and purchases
  • Maintain an understanding of all projects, including status, timelines, deliveries
  • Schedule and manage/tracking all deliveries and, couriers
  • Liaise with design team on all project related tasks
  • Liaise with bookkeeper (bi-weekly) to balance credit card statements/gov’t remittance.
  • PROFICIENCY of QuickBooks and excel
  • Exemplary customer service approach
  • 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, administration and/or executive assistant style roles.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented
  • Ability to work independently AND as a team player
  • Self-starter and problem solver, constantly looking for new ways to improve efficiency and business operations
  • Creative mindset and interest in interior design and/or making things beautiful is a bonus.
