CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a full-time permanent Project Coordinator for the office in Burlington. The Project Coordinator in Manufacturing will support the project management and administrative functions in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to scope, timelines, and budget. This role will assist in coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver jobs, work orders and projects according to plan.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manufacturing team members, Master Scheduler, Project Managers and General Manager in maintaining and organizing the work.
  • Assist in the opening and closing of jobs, work orders and projects and perform all project coordination tasks in Manufacturing.
  • Organize, file and manage the documentation pertaining to the projects.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support jobs, work orders and projects with the Manufacturing team.
  • Communicate with all team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, labour hours, schedule, and delivery information.
  • Assist in setting up new subcontractors and maintain all relevant documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining a weekly manpower schedule for all jobs, work orders and projects in conjunction with Master Scheduler and Project Managers.
  • Coordinate and participate in the process of onboarding and integrating new employees in Manufacturing.
  • Support team members in accurately tracking and recording data on the internal project management software (CMACS) and ERP software (SAP).
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical background
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
