New Roots Therapy is a counselling and wellness clinic located in Whitby, ON.  We offer a variety of services including individual, couple and family therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and massage therapy.

We have been thrilled to support Yorkville students for over 7 years and have worked hard at continually improving our practicum program for maximum support and learning.  Our program offers weekly supervision with a CRPO approved supervisor as well as bi-weekly group supervision with a CRPO approved supervisor at no extra cost to students.  We have also developed a 30-week curriculum of readings and resources to go alongside your practicum to support you in your learning.  In addition to the developmental resources, our clinic offers a generous amount of team support to help you feel comfortable and encouraged.  We have several associates on our team that have completed their Yorkville practicum at our site who love to help support our students in their journey.

Students are given both virtual and in-person experience during their practicum.  Students will be required to do hours on site in Whitby.
