Our established client, a regulatory body in Midtown Toronto, is seeking two Filing Clerks to join their team for a one-month contract. This is a fully on-site position Monday to Friday located near Davisville station. The role offers a competitive salary and the chance to join a friendly team!
Roles and Responsibilities
-Organize file boxes
-Liaise with parties involved in the file to obtain information
-Arrange couriers
-Log information regarding the file in Excel
-Other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have completed a post-secondary Degree or Diploma
-Must have 1 year of relevant work experience
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
-Experience with data entry is a strong asset
