Position Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performance marketing team at a rapidly growing company. This is a generalist role.  The successful applicant has skills in content creation, managing projects and basic web maintenance tasks.  This position does not involve pay-per-click or paid advertising placement.

This position is 100% on site at our Pacific Circle site in Mississauga.

Essential Duties and Requirements

  • Take in new projects from internal clients for marketing collateral, videos, web site updates, advertising, and other marketing initiatives. Assign projects in Monday.com and coordinate with the resource team to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Obtain vendor quotes, manage vendor projects and track invoices and budgets
  • Make updates to various WordPress websites under the direction of the senior web team staff
  • Meet with internal clients to gather project details and define creative briefs as needed
  • Support trade show coordination including admin, logistics and material handling for approximately 3 shows per year
  • Assist to organize annual dealer recognition event (hotel/bar/giveaways)
  • Assists with social media including creating posts, responding to questions, creation of reels and reporting metrics
  • Creates content for social media including videos and images done on site, or at various locations around the GTA
  • Collaborates with the marketing team contributing ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions for new initiatives
  • Manages the digital asset library by adding new images and ensuring images are correctly labelled and categorized
  •  Creates PowerPoint presentations for sales teams, provides support to sales and dealers for various marketing needs
  • Supports North America, as well as Australia and Europe marketing teams as required
  • Works closely with the Creative Manager and Media Director to keep projects flowing and facilitates client approvals
  • Acts as a face of marketing with cross functional team members of R & D, engineering, tech support, sales and HR

Mindset, Skills & Education

  • Energetic, eager, tenacious!
  • 4-year university degree required, preferably in Business or similar
  • 2 years of Canadian or US marketing experience required
  • Ambitious, career driven personality
  • Exceptional English communication skills and professional appearance, French is an asset
  • Adept with MS Office including strong Excel skills, experience with design software an asset
  • Basic eye for design and copywriting skills are an asset
  • Strong skills with Adobe Creative suites, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, as well as WordPress
  • Experience with social media including Meta business
  • Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines with an organized approach
